I am a trained journalist with a BA in Journalism from TU Dortmund University. I work as a freelance journalist for radio and TV for WDR (Western German Broadcasting Station), and have also worked in PR for "Theater Dortmund," for a local newspaper (OVZ, Kölner Stadtanzeiger), and online media. I finished my traineeship at WDR in 2021 and was also an editor for "Exchanges," the University of Iowa's online journal of literary translation in 2024/25.
